1 9 inch pie crust
3 eggs, beaten
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
1/2 cup lime juice
1 t. grated lime zest

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. In medium bowl, combine eggs, condensed milk, lime juice, and lime zest. Beat on medium with electric mixer for approximately 1 minute or until thoroughly blended.

Pour into a baked shell. Bake for 30-35 minutes, until center is set.

Cool on rack for 15 minutes, then chill at least 2 hours before serving. Garnish with whipped cream.

Refrigerate any leftovers. Do not keep for longer than 3 days.
