Cream Cheese Delight Recipe

40 graham crackers (2 packages)
1/4 Cup melted butter
3 Cups powdered sugar
2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese, room temp.
1/2 Cup milk
2 envelopes Dream Whip
1 Cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can cherry or other pie filling

Crush graham crackers and add butter. Spread in 9 X 13 pan to form crust.
Beat Powdered sugar, cream cheese and 1/2 cup milk until smooth.
In separate bowl, beat Dream Whip with 1 Cup milk until stiff. Add vanilla and beat until just combined.
Fold in cream cheese mixture. Pour into crust. Spread pie filling on top. May sprinkle a few graham cracker crumbs on top for garnish if desired.
