1 Can artichoke bottoms, strained and chopped
1 Cup mayonnaise
1+1/4 Cup Parmesan cheese
4 oz cream cheese
1 garlic clove, minced
dry bread crumbs
Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 350
Mix first 5 ingredients together and place in shallow baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs. Bake for 10 minutes or until bubbly and light brown.
Serve with Ritz crackers
