1 pound fresh asparagus
1 T. good olive oil
1/4-1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
1 lemon cut in wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400 degrees (important!)
Snap tough bottoms and peel bottom half of each if spears are large. Lay spears in single layer in sheet pan, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 8-10 minutes, turn spears and roast for about 10 minutes more. Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven for a minute or so. Serve with lemon wedges.
