1 cup sugar
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
dash of salt
1/3 cup water
1 T. corn syrup
1 egg white
1/4 t. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Bring sugar, salt, tartar, water and corn syrup to a boil. Cook until dissolved.

Add to unbeaten egg white (the hot liquid will cook the egg), beating on high constantly until spreading consistency. Add vanilla.
