1 Flank or Skirt Steak
4 T Brown Sugar
1 Garlic clove pressed
1/4 tsp ground ginger
pinch of crushed red pepper
3 T low sodium soy sauce
1/2 c balsamic vinegar
3 T sesame oil

Chimichurri Sauce
1 c extra-virgin olive oil
2/3 c red wine vinegar
3 T lime juice
1 cup chopped flat leaf parsley
4 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro leaves
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3/4 teaspoon fresh cracked black pepper
2 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Put steak in large ziplock bag. Combine next 7 ingredients and pour into bag with steak. Marinate for at least 2 hours or overnight. Remove steak from marinade and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. Prepare hot grill. Grill about 4 minutes per side for medium rare. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with the sauce.

Chimichurri Sauce
Combine all the ingredients in bowl of food processor or blender. Pulse until combined and fine but not pureed.
