4-6 chicken breasts
2 cloves garlic (or more if you like garlic)
1 cup mushrooms
3 tbsp. cooking oil
3 tbsp. flour
2 cups chicken broth
1/2 cup sherry

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken breasts. Saute garlic and mushrooms in a little bit of oil and set aside. Cook 3 tbsp. oil and 3 tbsp. flour. Add chicken broth, sherry, garlic and mushrooms. Season with a little bit of salt and pepper. Cook until thickened. Add chicken and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 30-40 minutes.

Serve over pasta. Sprinkle with Parmesan
