5 chicken breasts
olive oil
2 celery sticks
1/2 onion
1/2 - 1 cup chopped mushrooms
1 small jar pimentos (optional)
1 can cream or chicken soup
1 can cream or mushroom soup
2 cups cheddar cheese
1/2 -1 package spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in water. Save broth. Saute chopped celery and onion in olive oil. Add mushrooms and cook until softened. Cook spaghetti in chicken broth. Grate 2 cups cheese. Save one cup for topping. Cut/dice chicken. Mix all ingredients in casserole dish. Top with cheese. Heat in oven until hot and until cheese on top melts.

I usually bake my chicken, and add a can of chicken broth to my water when I cook my spaghetti.
