Ingredients:
4 individual salmon fillets, lemon, fresh ginger, soy sauce, light olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the outside skin from the ginger. If you don't have a ginger rasp, use the finest grater or microplane you have to grate the ginger. In a dish large enough to hold and marinade the salmon, add the juice of the lemon, 2T soy sauce, 2T olive oil,and 2 tsp fresh grated ginger including the juice. This is a light marinade and will almost be absorbed by the salmon. Add the salmon, marinate 10-15 minutes, turn the salmon, and marinate another 10-15 minutes. Heat saute pan and add olive oil to coat the pan, add salmon and saute over med heat for 5 minutes, turn salmon, add a couple tablespoons of the reserved marinade or water, cover, reduce heat to low, steam to finish cooking about 5 more minutes.
