Rice, 1 lemon, 2T chopped parsley, 2T butter

Directions:
Directions:
You can use regular, brown, wild, or minute rice, just use suggested amounts of wate, rice, and salt for the type you use. Grate the zest from the lemon and reserve. Add the water, 1T butter, salt, and the juice of the lemon to a sauce pan and cook rice according to package directions. When done, add the lemon zest, 1T butter, and parsley and mix together.
