2 Pounds Thawed Hashbrowns
1/2 Cup Melted Butter or Margarine
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Tablespoons Minced Dried Onions or 1 Small Chopped Onion
1 Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Can Cream of Chicken Soup
16 Ounce Sour Cream
4 Cups Shredded American Cheese

Directions:

Mix ingredients together and put in greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake at 350º for one hour.

If you would like a crunchy topping mix 1/3 cup melted butter or margarine with 3 cups crushed Corn Flakes©.
