2 14 oz. Artichoke Bottoms
1 Cups grated Parmesan cheese
Cup Mayo
3 Large Cloves of garlic or garlic in a jar
2 tsp Fresh Lemon juice
Cup toasted Pine Nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375
Lightly grease 8 inch square baking dish
Place artichokes bottoms in baking dish
Combine parmesan cheese, mayo, garlic and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper
Mound this mixture in the artichokes
Bake 20-30 minutes
Serve hot and garnish with pine nuts

NOTE: If you want to fill a 9x13 pan then you need to use 3 cans of artichokes. This is what I usually do.
