1 c sugar
1 c butter
1 t vanilla
3 T water
9 oz. chocolate chips
1 c chopped walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Put sugar, butter and water in a pan with a candy themometer. Stir constantly until the mixture reaches 300. Remove from the heat and add vanilla quickly. Pour onto a slightly greased cookie sheet. Pour chocolate chips over the top. Let them soften and then spread over the top with a knife like frosting. Sprinkle with walnuts. Let cool thoroughly and then tap the cookie sheet on the counter. The candy will crack into small pieces.
