8oz egg noodles (cooked)
2 Cups sliced fresh mushrooms(8oz)
1/4Cup margarine or butter
1 Cup water
1/2 Cup sour cream
1 lb sirloin steak ( thin strips)
1 medium onion sliced
2 Tbsp beef instant bouillon or 3 cubes

Directions:
Directions:
In a large skillet, over med-high head, cook and stir steak, mushrooms and onion in margarine until steak is browned and vegetables are tender, reduce heat to medium. Add flour, cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. Stir in sour cream and heat through ( do not boil) serve hot over noodles.
