1 1/2 c. finely crushed graham crackers
1/4 c. sifted powdered sugar
1/3 c. butter, melted
2 c. fresh or frozen-thawed raspberries
1/2 tsp. granulated sugar
3 8 oz. packages cream cheese
1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips, melted and cooled

Directions:

Combine graham crackers and powdered sugar then stir in melted butter. Press into bottom ant up the sides of a 9 inch spring form pan. Set aside.

Stir together 1 cup of raspberries and granulated sugar. Set aside. In a large bowl beat cream cheese and condensed milk in a mixer until combined, add eggs and vanilla, beat until just combined. Divide batter in half. Stir melted chocolate into half the batter. Pour chocolate batter into crust lined pan. Stir raspberry and sugar mixture into remaining batter. Spoon raspberry batter over the chocolate batter.

Place on a shallow baking pan Bake at 350 for 50 to 60 minutes or until center appears nearly set when shaken. Cool on wire rack for 15 minutes.Loosen crust from sides of pan and cool an additional 30 minutes. Remove sides of spring form pan and cool completely. Chill for 4 hours. Serve with remaining raspberries.
