1 cup (2 sticks) butter
2 cups flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar

4 eggs
2 cups sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
Juice of 2 lemons (or if using Real Lemon 2 Tbsp. equals 1 lemon)

CRUST: Mix like pie crust and press in a greased 9x13 pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes.

FILLING: Beat eggs, add other ingredients. Spread evenly over crust as soon as it is removed from oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 min. Edges should be slightly brown. Cool, cut into squares. Sprinkle with powdered sugar if desired.
