4 lbs. ground round
2 med. onion, chopped fine
1 green pepper, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. paprika
2 tbsp. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
24 oz. can tomato sauce
1 1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground round, onion, green pepper, and all the spices. Brown on high heat for about 15 minutes, stirring often. Add tomato sauce and water. Bring to a boil. Turn heat down and simmer for about 1 1/2 hours. Flavor is better if made a day ahead and reheated.
