3/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
3 oz. pkg. vanilla pudding (not instant)
3 tbsp. butter
1 egg
1/2 c. milk
29 oz. can sliced peaches, drained
1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
3 tbsp. peach juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, baking powder, salt, pudding, butter, egg, and milk and beat for 2 minutes. Pour into a greased and floured 9 x 13 inch pan. Arrange peach slices over the batter. Combine sugar, softened cream cheese, and peach juice and beat for 2 minutes. Spoon this mixture over peaches. Mix sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over cheese mixture. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
