Chicken and Macaroni Salad Recipe

2 lbs. Chicken breast
1 lb. macaroni elbow
1 lb. pineapple slices
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
1 cup raisins
1/4 cup sweet pickle relish
2 tsp. honey
2 tsp sugar
2. tsp chopped onion
2 tsp chopped parsley
3 bay leafs
salt pepper to taste

Bring large pan of salted water to boil. Cook elbow macaroni according to direction on box. Drain and run briefly in cold water. Dice the pineapple and pour over the macaroni. Let stand for 30 minutes.
Meanwhile boil the chicken breast in onion and bay leafs, let cook and then shred chicken. Mix the raisins, sweet pickle relish, honey, sugar, chopped onion and put in the macaroni salad. Mix well./
Then add chicken, salt, pepper and Mayonnaise Mix well. Garnish with chopped parsley. Chill for 1 hour
