Ingredients:  
1/4 c. raspberry vinegar
1 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/4 c. honey
2/3 c. extra virgin olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Mixed salad greens (baby greens or herbal blend is great)
3 red pears, thinly sliced
1/2 to 3/4 c. crumbled blue cheese
1/3 to 1/2 c. toasted walnuts

Directions:

whisk together vinaigrette ingredients in order listed above, mix olive oil in vigorously to emulsify.
Arrange greens on individual salad plates. Top with pears, cheese and nuts. Drizzle with vinaigrette.
