1 pound hot sausage
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
1 tsp salt
2/3 cup milk
1 1/2 cups sour cream
4 large eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2- 9 inch pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage in a skillet, drain and crumble. Divide evenly into the 2 pie crusts. Divide the cheeses, and spread over the sausage. In medium bowl, mix salt, milk, sour cream, eggs and dry mustard. Divide evenly into the 2 crusts. Bake at 375 for 45-50 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Freezes well.
