2 pound bag of cubed potatoes (frozen) 1 stick margarine 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 - 8 oz sour cream salt/pepper to taste shredded cheese
Put potatoes in large bowl; melt margarine and pour over potatoes and then mix in cream of mushroom soup and sour cream. Spray Pam in a casserole dish and empty potato mixture in casserole dish. Top with cheese and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
