4 or 5 cups fresh or frozen blueberries (if frozen, do not thaw)
2/3 cup sugar
2 T butter
1/3 cup flour added to sugar
Juice of 1/2 lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Put berries in raw crust, add sugar and flour mixture over top of blueberries, dot with butter and add lemon juice. Cover with top crust and bake at 400 for 15 min, Then bake at 350 til the juice starts to bubble. Do not over bake.

I use Pillsbury pie crust for bottom and top (cutting and crossing over the top for an old fashioned homemade look.
