1, 20 oz. can pineapple chunks
3 T. flour
3/4 c granulated sugar
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese
1 stick butter, melted
1 1/2 c. Ritz crackers, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375. Drain most of pineapple, leave a small amount of juice. Pour into 1 qt. casserole dish. Sprinkle with flour, sugar and cheese. Evenly pour on melted butter. Top with crushed crackers. Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
