1 qt. fine chopped Roma tomatoes
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
1 large onion, fine chopped. (Red, Vidalia or Spanish; your choice for taste)
1 medium green pepper, finely chopped
2 jalopeno peppers, minced
Juice of 1/2 lime
2-3 T. olive oil
Salt and Pepper to taste.

Mix and enjoy! Creates more of it's own juices as time passes, so best eaten within a day or two.
