2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter
Whole pecans, (about 1 cup)
Caramel Layer:
1 cup butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
Chocolate chips to sprinkle on top (about 1 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Cut butter into flour and sugar, and pat into a 9 X 13 pan. Arrange whole pecans over the whole surface. In saucepan, over medium heat, combine butter and brown sugar. Stir constantly until surface of mixture boils. Keep stirring over heat about 1 minute longer, until it makes a nice caramel. Pour over pecans, and bake at 350 18 - 22 minutes, until bubbly all over. Take out of oven, and sprinkle with chocolate chips. Give them a minute to soften, and swirl.
