2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
2T. shortening
1/2 tsp. soda
1/4 c. sour milk

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour, baking powder, and salt together. Rub in shortening with finger tips. Mix soda and sour milk; add slowly to dry mixture and mix to a soft dough. Roll out onto a lightly floured board to 1/2 inch thickness; cut with biscuit cutter. Bake in oven at 430 F. for 10-15 minutes.
