2/3 c. butter
1/2 c. honey
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 c. all purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
4 1/2 c. rolled oats
2 cups mini semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch pan. In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, honey and brown sugar until smooth. Add flour, baking soda and vanilla and stir to combine. Add oats and stir to combine. Mix in chocolate chips until mixture is uniformly moistened. Transfer mix to pan and press down to fit pan. Bake for 18-22 minutes or until golden. Cool for 10 minutes and then cut into bars. Let cool completely before removing or serving.
