3 c. sugar
1/2# butter (3 sticks)
7 eggs--room temperature
3 c. cake flour, sifted x 2
1 c. whipping cream
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter and sugar and cream well. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well after each. Mix in whipping cream and vanilla. Gradually and slowly add dry ingredients. Pour into greased tube or bundt pan.
Put in cold oven set at 350. Bake for 70 minutes. Cool on wire rack for 15-20 minutes, then remove from pan and continue to cool.
