3 eggs
2 - 2 1/2 cups milk
2 Tbsp melted butter
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 Cup flour
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
Directions:
Heat griddle to med high. Blend all ingredients together in blender. Pour batter onto greased griddle. Pancakes should be about the size of traditional pancakes so they are easy to flip. Batter will be somewhat thin. For best results blend batter before pouring pancakes onto pan. Serve with your favorite pancake topping. We like to roll pancakes up like crepes.

Personal Notes: This was my mother-in-laws recipe and has become a Weekend tradition in our house.
