1 can black beans
1 can white beans
1 can pinto beans
1 can red (kidney) beans
1 15 oz. bottle salsa
1 diced onion
1 bunch fresh cilantro
1 lb. hamburger or ground turkey

Directions:
Directions:
Pour the fist five ingredients into a large pot or crock pot. In another pan brown the meat and one diced onion. Drain the meat and pour into the bean mixture. Add about a 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro and heat or let cook in crock pot on low for as long as you desire. Serve with tortilla chips and toppings such as grated cheese, sour cream or onions.
