box Lemon Supreme Cake Mix 1 box Lemon Instant Pudding 3/4 cup apricot nectar 3/4 cup Wesson oil 4 eggs 1/2 cup water 2 tablespoons lemon juice 1 cup powdered sugar
Mix first 6 ingredients well and pour into a tube pan and bake for 55 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and pour glaze over cake while hot. Glaze: Add lemon juice to powdered sugar and stir. Add more sugar or juice if needed. Glaze will be thick and creamy.
