1 T. sugar
salt- nutmeg
1/2 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolk; add sugar, salt, milk. Strain.
Add egg white, stiffly beaten. Add a pinch of nutmeg. Serve cold. If desired 1 tsp. cocoa powder can be added to the mixture.
