20 Sunshine crackers, crushed
1 c. chopped pecans
3 egg whites, beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients; pour into a greased pie plate. Bake @ 300 for 50 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped topping.
