Sweet Potato Casserole Recipe

3 or 4 medium sweet potatoes
(3 C) boiled, peeled & mashed
1 C sugar
1 T flour
1 t cinnamon

Then add:
2 eggs, beaten
1 t vanilla
1/3 C of canned milk (evaporated)
1 1/2 t orange extract.

Mis together all ingredients. Melt 1/2 TO 3/4 stick margarine in baking dish and pour in topping

2 C brown sugar
1 C flour
1/2 3/4 stick melted butter
1 C pecans or more

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes you may want to check at 20 minutes.
