6 oz. curly rotini macaroni
1 grated carrot
1 sm. onion, finely chopped
1 sm. green pepper, finely chopped
3 ribs celery, finely chopped
1/2 c. shredded cheese
1 can Eagle Brand milk
2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. white vinegar
1/2 c. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rotini, drain and cool. Add carrots, onion, green pepper, celery, and cheese. Mix together milk, mayonnaise, vinegar, and sugar. Refrigerate overnight. Season with salt and pepper.
