1 lb round steak (thin slices)

Marinade:
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup soya sauce
2 tbls packed brown sugar
1 clove of chopped garlic
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp corn starch
3 tbls oil (optional)


Vegetables:
1 bunch of broccoli
1 large onion
1/4 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Prepare marinade and add meat, let the meat marinade for at least half an hour. Take the meat out of the marinade and cook until done. While the meat is sitting (and almost done) prepare all the vegetables and add then to wok or frying pan, add the 1/4 cup of water and cook for 1 minute and then steam for three. Then add the marinade and meat and heat it up for 1-2 minutes.

This recipe can be adapted to use Pork Shoulder Roast, Chicken or Beef - whatever you prefer.
Add any of your favourite vegetables with or instead of the broccoli.
