2/3 cup shortening
3 1/2 cups flour
1 1/2 cups water or milk
5 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Roll out dough on a floured surface and cut dough into shape (a drinking glass works well). Place on an ungreased baking sheet a few cm apart (so they do not cook together). Cook at 400 F, or until golden brown on the top.
