12 jalapeņo peppers
small amount of sharp cheddar cheese and cream cheese (or cheese of you choice)
seasoned bread crumbs (I use stovetop)

Directions:
Directions:
Wearing rubber gloves or bare handed, halve and seed the peppers. Place you choice of cheese into pepper half continue until all pepper are filled. Roll in seasoned bread crumbs with cream cheese, or sprinkle crumbs on top of hard cheese. Place pepper halves on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degree for 15 to 20 minutes.
