2 green onions, thinly sliced and divided
1 tub (8 oz) cream cheese
1 can (6 oz) lump crabmeat drained
1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
1/2 cup finely chopped red pepper
1 tbsp Dijon mustard

Reserve 2 tbsp onions. Mix remaining onions with all remaining ingredients.

Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Sprinkle reserve onions. Serve with your favorite crackers.

I use fat free cream cheese and 2% shredded cheese, to make it less fattening! If you like crabmeat, I also suggest adding more, I usually use two cans.
