1 cup crumbled soft tofu 1 cup quick cooking oatmeal 1 cup breadcrumbs 1 medium onion, minced 1 egg 1 teaspoon sage 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 teaspoon sugar
Combine ingredients, mixing well. Form into balls and fry in a small amount of oil in a skillet over medium high heat. Or put balls on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake them in the oven at 375º for 20 to 25 minutes.
