3 avocados, ripe, seeded and peeled 2 T. fresh lime juice 1 large roma tomato or 1/3 c., diced and drained 1/3 c. chopped red onion 1 jalopeno or 2 serrano chilis, minced. 1/3 c. chopped cilantro leaves 1/2 tsp. salt and pepper 1 tsp. garlic, chopped dash of cumin
Cut avocados into 1/4-1/2 inch cubes. Stir in lime juice. Fold in remaining ingredients.
