1 pkg. Garlic and Herb Cheese spread (Alloutette or Rondele)
1 stick butter
2 pt. mushroom caps (washed with stems removed)
1 c. Parmesan Cheese removed

Directions:
Directions:
Melt 1 stick butter in microwave. dip each mushroom cap in butter,just enough to cover. Place caps in Pyrex dish. Set aside. In separate container gradually add 1 cup of Parmesan cheese to 1 package of Garlic and Cheese spread. The consistency will be thick like Playdoh. Roll this mixture into small balls and squash them down into each mushroom cap. Bake at 350 about 15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and brown on top. Serve Hot.
