1 lb. ground beef 1/4 tsp. onion powder 1 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. catsup 1 tsp. prepared mustard 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 1/2 c. instant rice, uncooked 1 c. (4oz.) shredded cheddar cheese
Brown meat with onion powder in large skillet on medium-high heat; drain fat. Stir in water, catsup, mustard, salt, and pepper. Bring to boil. Stir in rice; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork. Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 3 minutes or until cheese melts.
