3 cups of chopped apples
1 cup of raisins
1 cup of coconut
1 cup of pecans
6 eggs
1 cup of oil
2 cups of sugar
3 cups of flour (self rising)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix apples, raisins, coconut and pecans well. Then add eggs and oil. Mix well. In a separate bowl, mix sugar and flour together. Pour slowly into other mixture. Bake in well greased Bundt pan at 350 degrees, for approx. 1 hour.
