3/4 package hashbrowns
10 eggs
8 slices bread, cubed and crusts cut off
1 lb. cooked sausage
1-1/2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Grease 13"x9" pan. Layer hashbrowns in pan. Mix together the remaining ingredients and pour over hash browns.

Bake at 350 for 1 to 1-1/4 hours. This can be made the night before and refrigerated.

I've also browned tater tots and then layered them in the pan instead of the hashbrowns. We like this variation better.
