1 cup long grain white rice
1/2 cup vermicelli
2 cups chicken stock

Directions:
Directions:
Break up vermicelli into small pieces and brown in butter. Add rice and chicken stock. Cook until done. Adding lemon juice to rice gives it a nice taste.
