One kind of green vegetable (celery, broccoli, cabbage, spinach...)
2-3 cloves Garlic
2 Tbsp Oil
Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Chop vegetable and crush garlic. Heat wok and add oil. Add garlic until brown, keep high flame. Add veggies and stir-fry. Add little bit of water & put lid on wok for 5 minutes. Add salt, stir-fry & cover. Add little bit more water, stir-fry & cover until desired tenderness.
