6 eggs
6 slices of bread (cubed)
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 lb sausage or bacon
2 cups milk
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain sausage or bacon. Set aside and let cool. In a large bowl, beat eggs slightly, add salt and mustard and mix. Add milk and mix. Fold in bread, sausage or bacon and cheese. Pour into a glass 9 x 13" baking pan. Cover with foil or plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Remove cover and back at 350 for 25 minutes.
