1 lb sausage 2 tbsp finely chopped onion 6 tbsp flour 1 quart milk 1 tsp sage salt and pepper to taste dash worchestershire sauce (optional) dash hot pepper sauce(optional) biscuits
Cook sausage and onion. Drain. Stir in flour. Cook over medium heat about 6 minutes or until it bubbles and turns golden brown. Add milk and sage, salt, and pepper. Worchestershire sauce and hot pepper sauce are optional. Cook until thickens. Serve over biscuits.
